Rainmaker Platform version 3.8 is here—and this release is focused on one thing: improving conversion performance across your site.
From a faster, cleaner checkout experience to smarter on-site engagement tools, version 3.8 introduces meaningful upgrades designed to help you turn more visitors into customers and subscribers. Here are a few highlights from the version 3.8 release of Rainmaker Platform.
A Better Checkout Experience for MemberPress
One of the most requested user experience enhancements is here. This release introduces a MemberPress single page checkout option.
Instead of sending users through a multi-step purchase process, visitors can now complete their purchase on a single, streamlined page. This reduces friction, improves clarity, and creates a faster path to conversion—especially on mobile devices.
What this means for you:
- Fewer abandoned checkouts.
- A more intuitive purchase experience.
- Better performance on all devices.

How to Set Up Single Page Checkout
The Single Page checkout set up is easy. Go to your MemberPress Account settings (Settings Gear > MemberPress > Account) at:
domain/admin/admin.php?page=memberpress-options#mepr-accounts

Simply check the checkbox “Enable Single Page Checkout” and the feature will automatically be added to your product pages. This is an optional feature that does not have to be enabled. If you don’t enable Single Page Checkout, your current checkout flow will continue as normal.
You’ll notice that the “Enable Order Description Details on Single Page Checkout” is automatically checked when you enable Single Page Checkout. This second feature adds an order summary to the payment form on the product checkout page. This is an optional feature and does not need to be enabled if you have developed a custom checkout flow or are managing the purchase experience manually. If you have a custom flow, simply uncheck this box to avoid any user confusion regarding the order details.
Smarter Engagement with New Popup Maker Triggers
We’ve also enhanced Popup Maker to give you more precise control over how and when you engage your audience.
We’ve added trigger options for exit intent detection and scroll-based triggers. You can now deliver popup messages at exactly the right moment—whether a visitor is about to leave or actively engaging with your content.
What’s New
- Accurate exit intent triggers to capture abandoning visitors.
- Scroll-based activation to engage users based on behavior and position on page.
- Greater flexibility in targeting and timing.
Exit Intent Popup: This is a frequently requested popup intent. This new trigger displays a popup when someone’s mouse approaches the browser address bar or viewport. Set the sensitivity (how close the mouse needs to be to the viewport to trigger the popup) and the delay (how long the popup waits before showing) to show a popup to help keep users on the page.

Scroll Intent Popup: This advanced popup can guide user action. The scroll intent displays a popup when a user scrolls to / beyond a specific point on a page. Set the scroll percentage (how far a user needs to scroll down a page to trigger the action) and the popup will display when the user’s mouse reaches that point on the page.

To explore the new triggers, go to the Popup Maker (domain/admin/post-new.php?post_type=popup) and create a new popup or edit an existing popup. The trigger options can be found in the Popup Settings. If you do not see Popup in your menu, go to Settings > Features > Add-Ons to activate Popup Maker feature.
